Job Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Business
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
• Knowledge of regional and international QHSE practices
• Proficiency in quality standards, assurance techniques
• Knowledge of MS Office
• English ( written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Arabic ( written and verbal) – Preferred

Job Duties

To ensure compliance to all quality assurance policies and processes and make recommendations for improvements

• Implement quality assurance standards, policies and processes for Shurooq and analyse business processes in order to recommend process improvement quality controls
• Work collaboratively with departments to monitor quality standards in order to ensure they are in line with Shurooq’s quality standards and processes
• Conduct Management Operational Reviews (MORs) and quality audits and report on key findings
• Coordinate and administer documentation of all quality inspections, audits as well as quality meetings.
• Compile statistical data and write reports summarising quality assurance findings and recommend modifications for improvement
• Keep abreast of current QA regulations and inform on any new or revised regulations imposed
• Assist in other assigned duties as necessary within the department
• Keep abreast of industry and quality assurance trends in order to improve skills and make
recommendations for the department.
