• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Preferably with focus on Marketing/Sales)
• Excellent Communication skills in English Language (written & spoken)
• Preferably Bilingual. Communication skills in Arabic language (written & spoken)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably with prior experience in handling a team

Job Duties

• Assist the department head in developing the leasing strategy for the destinations covering sizing, tenant mix, and lease terms to be approved etc.
• Develop the leasing plan for the destinations, in consultation with the head of department
• Develop and maintain a client base that generates a qualifiable and sustainable number of referrals and leads
• Conduct entire leasing and renewal cycle from tenant sourcing, negotiation to contract signing and minimize leakage upon terminations
• Interface with clients and prospects to successfully define the parameters and lease terms, and educate them on their rights and responsibilities
• Perform monitoring of leasing activities vs. targets and business plans and issue regular updates/ reports
• Coordinate with Legal & Finance for contracts and payments/ revenue booking and ensure that all contracts are input into system
• Develop leasing mix in consultation with destination managers in line with the theme, to ensure maximum occupancy
• Support department head in forecasting annual leasing goals for properties in the portfolio
• Respond to all requests from tenants and prospects, either written or verbal, in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct outlet visits and attend tenant meetings; Investigate and respond to complaints made by /about tenants and recommend corrective action, as required
• Liaise with other departments about tenant issues and concerns, to ensure that they are addressed efficiently and effectively
• Develop effective relations with all speciality leasing tenants to convert them to permanent tenants, based on their merit and line of activities
• Compile and present monthly leasing activity reports for managed properties; analyse the data and provide feedback and recommendation to management, as required
