Job Duties

To serve customers by providing information about Shurooq, dealing with all their queries and answering calls in a polite and professional manner.

• Greet customers, handle enquiries and promote offers/sales/promotions in order to drive sales
• Help customers by building a strong rapport
• Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards
• Operate the cash tills and process payments by cash, cheque or credit card
• Deliver efficient and prompt service so as to enhance visitors satisfaction
• Make sure work areas and aisles are clean
• Adhere to Shurooq’s operating policies and procedures at all time and highlight any issues in compliance to the Customer Service Team leader
• Ensure housekeeping and cleaning standards are adhered to at all times
• From time to time perform other activities as directed by the Customer Service Team leader
• Ensure calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner and collect visitor feedback and complaints
