Job Duties

To handle relationship with investors and review all contracts so as to ensure terms and conditions are favourable and potential investments are profitable.

• Act as the lead point of contract management and to take the lead on the review process.
• Prepare business documents in line with legal guidelines and provide recommendations.
• validate contractual pricing.
• Ability to create integrated strategic partnerships.
• Study, interrupt and analyze legal documents from a commercial perspective.
• manage and Ensure contracts meet project obligations throughout the contractual cycle.
• Able to manage clients with excellent relationship building.
• Handle enquiries from existing investors and provide timely support and resolution of queries, clarifications raised
• Resolve issues causing rifts in the business partnership.
• forecast financial trends to support contracts.
• Provide information to existing investors on new projects and investment opportunities.
• Provide progress reports to exiting investors on status of projects under development and provide updates on project investment against agreed milestones
